ICANDVC-2026 seeks to provide focused discussions on emerging topics and innovative engineering applications of established nonlinear dynamics and vibration control theories during the conference. To further promote the synthetic efforts of researchers and engineers from diverse backgrounds, the organization of Special Sessions is highly encouraged.
A Special Session typically consists of eight related papers, which could address a specific theme (such as energy harvesting, structural health monitoring, or bio-inspired vibration isolation), showcase findings from a collaborative international project, or focus on a specialized subfield of applied nonlinear dynamics vibration, and control. The goal of these sessions is to create a dedicated forum where authors can meet to discuss their latest advances and foster interdisciplinary cooperation.
ICANDVC-2026 welcomes active members of ongoing collaborative projects, focused PhD research groups, or any other organizers to submit their proposals for Special Sessions.
HOW TO WRITE A PROPOSAL
Proposals for special sessions should include:
How to Submit
Prospective organizers should use the provided template, and submit as a PDF via submission system. Proposals with significant overlap will possibly be merged.
Once a Special Session is accepted, the papers organized under that session will then be submitted to system by MAY 19, 2026. These papers will undergo the same strict review process like all other ICANDVC-2026 papers and, if accepted, will be published in the proceedings.
